Fumihiko has just been dumped outside the cinema. He’s about to throw the ticket away when it screams for help. In fact it’s the strange girl Aka, a wannabe voice actress, who’s decided to publicly narrate his inner struggle, mostly to get a free cinema ticket. She bounces off happily after the film, but when her house burns down that night she finds she needs somebody more than she thought.
This sweet little series is a refreshing change in many ways. It may not be revolutionary, but at nine episodes it doesn’t have a chance to get old.
